There are 336 townhouse condominiums in Eastman, constructed between 1976 and 1989. No additional units will be built. Of the nine condominium associations, listed below, all but two were designed to provide the maximum number of units with water views. East Lake and the four West Cove Associations were built first. They have a mix of Wheelock, Webster, Ledyard and Parkhurst styles. The South Shore and South Cove Heights are a mix of Style "A" and Style "B" units. Approximate sizes are also shown below.
