All lots and residences have access to Village District water. A base rate of $75.00 converind the first 15,000 gallons of usage is due on January 1, 2003. Meters have been read/billed twice annually, but this practice is currently under review. The rate was $0.50 per hundred gallons. Usage results in a value of less than $5.00 were not billed until the next billing.
